I have brown mark/areas around my penis area and I am not feeling comfortable. I was wondering how I can get rid of it or perhaps lighten this area around my penis. Thanks

Treating dark discoloration on the feet and toes can be somewhat timely. In our office, we advise patients to use Melarase creams followed by light chemical peels. Best, Dr. Karamanoukian Los Angeles

Pubic and axillary pigmentation can be corrected and improved with application of Melapads and Melarase creams twice daily. If you want the process to go faster, you may also want to have some light chemical peels. Best, Dr. Karamanoukian Los Angeles

Without photos there is no way for us to help.  however, i have seen many patients with discoloration from ipl burns and bleaching creams and have been able to reverse some of the damage to the point they no longer need coverup/camouflage makeup using clear + brilliant and microneedling/PRP...

There is no good treamtent for this, peels can be tried and topical glycolic creams and glycolic scrubs in the shower.  you will get improvement but not a cure.  I suggest going to a cosmetic dermatologist with experience.  Best, Dr. Emer.
