I had a baby 10 months ago and i am a little sleep deprived. About 2 months ago my left eyelid began drooping but it has gotten much worse. I saw an eye doctor today who said everything is fine that it is just sleep deprivation. Clearly there is more going on with this eye and i am very concerned.could you please tell me if its possible for just 1 eye to be affected from sleep deprivation.

Greetings, your photo clearly shows a smaller appearing right eye. The right lower eyelid is ~1mm higher than the left and the right upper lid ~0.5mm lower than the left. There are few concepts to consider in deciding whether or not this is repairable. The condition is likely to be improvable...
Hi, it looks like one of your upper eyelids does not have a visible crease and the other side has a slightly obscured crease. This is due to your eyelid anatomy having natural fullness and a lower crease position. I would recommend having an upper blepharoplasty with lid crease reestablishment....
You are right that Canthopexy is not used for scleral show. However, the other mentioned procedures can be appropriate for it depending on the cause. You need to see a plastic or ophthalmic plastic surgeon who is an expert in this.
