Greetings, your photo clearly shows a smaller appearing right eye. The right lower eyelid is ~1mm higher than the left and the right upper lid ~0.5mm lower than the left. There are few concepts to consider in deciding whether or not this is repairable. The condition is likely to be improvable if: 1) The asymmetry was not there pre-operatively. Look at your pre-op photos, this is often there but missed 2) If you are within the 2-3 month post op period, your lid position is still evolving and position may improve on its own 3) The left eye is not relatively more forward than your right eye. This can be checked using a hertels exophthalmometer. If your left eye is more forward and by definition the right eye more sunken in then whatever you do with the lids, there will always be an asymmetry. There can be asymmetry in the bulging of the eye from congenital development, previous trauma and orbital fracture, lesion behind the left eye or thyroid eye disease. Best of luck to you and hope this information is helpful!
