I am concerned about the appearance of my undereyes and feel like my eyes are somewhat negatively tilted.
Answer: Filler Cheek Augmentation Typically & Nonsurgically Improves Under Eye Hollows & Tear Troughs Appropriate volume in the cheeks play a central role in overall facial contour and facial aging. Appropriate volume in this area supports the under eye areas, with loss of volume, which seems to be the case here, contributing to the development of tear troughs and under eye hollows. Likewise, since the cheeks provide lift to the lower portions of the face, loss of volume in the cheeks with the passage of time typically leads to the development of not only deepening smile lines, also evident in the photos. So, the short answer to your question is that treating the cheeks with an appropriately robust HA filler will not only restore a more a more oval, heart-shaped face and improve the under eye region, but most likely will also significantly improve the nasolabial fold--all nonsurgically, all in a matter of about fifteen minutes, and with results that characteristically elicit an immediate "Wow!" reaction and engender little to no signficant downtime. Just make sure to consult with a board certified cosmetic dermatologist before jumping into invasive, expensive surgery. Hope this helps, and best of luck.

Answer: Treatment of the Under Eye Blepharoplasty is used for eyelids that have too much skin. This is not what you have. Canthopexy is used in conjunction with a blepharoplasty when your lids are also lax. This would not apply to you if you do not need a blepharoplasty. What you have is loss of volume across the orbital rim. This is best treated by adding volume with a filler or fat. Do not let someone do surgery and make sure you do see an expert in fillers and fat.
