Disappointing Voluma results - how can I improve nasolabial folds, jowls and lines below corner of my mouth? (Photos)

I'm sorry that you're unhappy with your results especially after investing in ten syringes. From the before photos it appears the main concern is skin laxity. Fillers can provide improvement but cannot correct skin laxity or give an actual facelift. I encourage you to visit with a board certified plastic surgeon near you to discuss options. Other non surgical options may include FaceTite or Morpheus8.

I am sorry that your dermal fillers hasn’t had the desired effect.

I have noted on the first picture that there has been an improvement in your NLF. Unfortunately we can’t get rid of all lines, NLF when improved are nice as they frame the cheeks.

I do however share your concerns about the lumpiness of the fillers in your temple area and suggest that you either return to your provider for a review or seek an alternative experienced practitioner for review.
Options at this point would be
- massage and time for it to degrade down
- hylase
- more filler to camouflage the lumpiness and blend around the temple
