My philtrum has a hump-like shape rather than curving inwards. Is there any way I can fix the shape without a lip lift? I have a gummy smile so a lip lift would make my gums show even more.

A lip lift does 4 things: shortens the distance between your nose and upper lip, increases the mucosa of the upper lip, increases the incisor show and pulls up the corners. If you already have a prominent gummy smile then this can make the situation worse.
