Thank you for the question. It is very difficult to determine this without an in-person examination. My recommendation is to visit with a plastic surgeon. I wish you the best of luck. Vasileios Vasilakis, MD. Double board-certified, fellowship-trained plastic surgeon, Houston. TX.
It is hard to tell from this photo but if there is some puffiness to the nipple particulalrly when you raise your arms then it is almost certainly gynecomastia. Please see someone who has a lot of experience in this type of surgery.
Hi, thanks for your question. The only way to determine whether you have gynecomastia is with an in person examination. I highly recommend that you book a consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon.
Dear moon616,it is hard to tell for sure without an examination. If you are considering a surgery, I would suggest you to consult a board-certified plastic surgeon. Only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations.Daniel Barrett, MDCertified, American Board of Plastic SurgeryMember, American Society of Plastic SurgeryMember, American Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery

If you're planning a significant change in body fat in a short period of time, you should wait to have surgery. Your results will be better and you'll enjoy them longer if you have surgery when your weight is stable.
