Im 30 Black/Hispanic mix. I have a long philtrum and full lips. I would like to reduce and shape my lips. I want to know if its possible to reduce philltrum when reducing lips?

Don't do it. You will regret it later in life (or even right off the bat). You have very nice lips already. Just because someone might agree to do it doesn't mean you should.

It appears that you show more of upper lip mucosa when smiling, than desired. Small reduction, in local anesthesia, with scar placed inside of mouth, is recommended. Good luck.

You did not show your face without smiling. For most patients, to show more teeth with smiling and help evert (roll out) your upper lip, as you do with your finger in the second photo, a lip lift will achieve just that. You should see someone with a lot of experience with lip lifts. It is not...
