Im 30 Black/Hispanic mix. I have a long philtrum and full lips. I would like to reduce and shape my lips. I want to know if its possible to reduce philltrum when reducing lips?

Don't do it. You will regret it later in life (or even right off the bat). You have very nice lips already. Just because someone might agree to do it doesn't mean you should.
