Why doesn't my upper lip reach the sides completely and sticks out so much, while the corners of my mouth naturally droop? I've always had big lips growing up, and never really paid attention until the corners of my mouth started to droop down and my upper lip started to "puck out," and not reach the sides of my lower lip. And apparently my bottom lip is so big that the inside of my lip is very visible when I open my mouth. This may sound strange, but I've always admired small upper lips with sharp mouth corners as shown in the attachment. Are there any procedures that would give me my ideal lip shape?

Thanks for your question and the photos your provided. It appears your filler or fat has migrated. I would first dissolve all the filler placed, as this is more common to have migrated. After the filler is gone, make sure you consult with a board-certified plastic surgeon to determine next steps...
Thanks for your question and the photos your provided. I do appreciate the asymmetry. I would have you consider filler/fat to the lower right lip to help achieve a better result rather than a reduction. Make sure you consult with a board-certified plastic surgeon. Good luck.
