my upper lips is bigger and not aligned with my lower lips. Do lips reduction fix it or do I need another surgery? IAlso does the Philtrum get Thinner i dislike the rounder look, makes my lips unable to close. I already had orthodontics.

In general, upper lip should be smaller than lower for about 30%. In your case, reduction of upper lip should be considered; small irregularities in lower lip can be addressed with limited reduction, if needed. In person consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon with good reputation in lip reduction, is recommended. Good luck.
