I have a huge top lip compared to the bottom and never see anybody else with lips like mine. I really want a lip reduction surgery tbh, to fix this and make me look better. I can provide pictures if I need to. But it just brings my self confidence down a lot. But I don’t know if it would look right. So I don’t know.

The only way to shorten your philtrum, is todo lip lift. This will require a scar underneath the nose, which may be very visible in your case? You should start with lip reduction, wait for 6 months plus until result matures and reevaluate your needs. Good luck.
Don't do it. You will regret it later in life (or even right off the bat). You have very nice lips already. Just because someone might agree to do it doesn't mean you should.
Based on these photos, you seem like a candidate for partial upper lip reduction to achieve more symmetry. Your smile does not show teeth and for that reason you should also consider lip lift. In person consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon with experience in this type of surgery...
