What are my options for a better jawline/side-profile?

Will I benefit from a genioplasty? Lipo? I'm still fairly young, early 20's. I want to have a more ''masculine'' side profile, what are my options? I'd like to have a more defined jawline/neck angle. When I move my tongue up, I have a smooth one.

While a sliding genioplasty always helps improve a double chin and in some cases may completely eliminate it, the addition of submental liposuction assures the most complete elimination of it.
