Was scheduled to get a BBl but my Hgb was too low. I am working on getting it higher. Now I am considering just getting lipo sculpture. Is there still a risk of developing a fat emboli with liposuction? Is it much less than having a BBl? If risks are the same I might as well go for what I really want... BBL

It is best to discuss this with your treating plastic surgeon and to follow his/her advice. Give your PS as much information as possible and then follow his/her advice.
Discuss this with your treating plastic surgeon, a couple of things could be causing this and he/she will be most familiar with your history and will be able to best diagnose what the issue is.
