First, I would go back to your surgeon and get evaluated. Breast tissue settles after 6 months, so a new baseline mammogram should be performed at least 6 months after breast reduction if there are no problems. Otherwise, having pain and new lumps is a sign that you must be evaluated by your surgeon and potentially have some imaging done.
