Ibuprofen and its effects on microneedling? Does this negate the positive effects of the procedure?

I recently had a major surgery and occasionally took ibuprofen and tylenol for a while before my microneedling procedure for acne scars on the face. I stopped taking ibuprofen a little under a week before microneedling. Does this negate the positive effects of the procedure? Also, does the occasional use of anti-histamine sleeping pills negate the effects of this procedure? Thank you!
