Would microneedling using Botox help reduce the size of oil glands and oiliness of my skin? (photos)

I have sebaceous hyperplasia, and have heard this might be a way to control it (since there is no "cure" for sebaceous hyperplasia). I'm 55, in menopause, but still have incredibly oily skin and lots of sebaceous glands showing on surface of my skin. It is so unsightly! Haven't committed to any kind of laser treatment, but am considering it. Have been using Retin A for 32 years, so I don't really have fine lines or wrinkles. Just oily, bumpy skin! Same as my mother and her mother, thank you genetics.
