Can you fix sagging breasts with just implants and if so, can I stick with smaller implants or do I have to go bigger???? I’m naturally as 36B......
Answer: Implants for saggy breasts It is possible to fix sagging breasts with implants alone, however it depends on how saggy they are. Mild to moderate sagging can be corrected. That usually means if your nipples are level with your breast fold or higher, you may not need a lift. Photos of your situation would help to give you a better idea of whether your breasts would need a lift or not.

Answer: The Bellesoma Method Unfortunately, you have not provided photographs but sagging of the breasts cannot be corrected by volume addition. I recommend is The Bellesoma Method to reshape your breast tissue creating upper pole fullness without implants, elevate them higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. Vertical scars are avoided, nipple sensation and the ability to breast feed are maintained. Best Wishes,Gary Horndeski, M.D.

Answer: Can you fix sagging breasts with just implants? I’m naturally only a 36B In my practice, we sometimes see small deflated breasts after having children. If the nipples are above the fold and the skin is reasonable quality, then sometimes just an implant will suffice. Otherwise, if there is too much skin and the nipples hang low, then a mastopexy (or breast lift) will also have to be done. It is best to visit with a board certified plastic surgeon with years of experience.

Answer: Can you fix sagging breasts with just implants Implants alone do not adequately lift the breast when there is significant sagging, no matter the size or the type, and will not produce a good cosmetic result in a patient who also needs some variation of a lift. Keep in mind that following the advice from a surgeon on this or any other website who proposes to tell you exactly what to do without examining you, physically feeling the tissue, assessing your desired outcome, taking a full medical history, and discussing the pros and cons of each operative procedure would not be in your best interest. I would suggest your plastic surgeon be certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery and ideally a member of the American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery (ASAPS) that you trust and are comfortable with. You should discuss your concerns with that surgeon in person and be very realistic about your potential cosmetic result. Robert Singer, MD FACS La Jolla, California

Answer: Breast droop and breast implants In general terms, breast implants do not do any significant lifting of the nipple areolar complex, although sometimes filling up breast that have become deflated over time can go a long way towards correcting perceived sagging. I have definitely seen cases where I thought the patient would need a lift but after placing the implants there was enough correction to allow not doing the lift, or to allow a shorter scar technique (periareolar) and therefore minimize post-op scarring. Best to ask your surgeon for before and after photos that most closely resemble your current look and goals. Best of luck to you.
