Will the fat from the top of my BBL drop to the bottom? It looks nice & round at the top & super flat at the bottom

bbl was done 8 days ago & In my case , I already was thick with butt & hips I just wanted a little more butt inner thigh lipo an flatter stomach. Doc insisted on adding more hips would make it look better now my shape looks extra wide in hips defeating the prepuse of taking out inner thigh fat looking even bigger .He put so much fat at the top of my butt & the bottom look like sponge bob super flat. Please tell me will the fat from the top drop to bottom eventually & even out?
