I'm looking to have a tummy tuck and breast lift in October. One of my major worries is getting necrosis. When is that not longer a worry? How long after surgery can I stop worrying about this?

Necrosis or death of tissue is exceedingly rare and you should not be hesitant regarding surgery based on this complication. The most important thing is to strictly follow your plastic surgeons post operative instructions to minimise the risk of complications.
