When are you in the clear of getting necrosis?

Usually necrosis is seen early on after surgery.  If there are no indications in the first 72-96 hours you should be in the clear.  Very unlikely to have necrosis after 5-7 days after surgery.Thank you.Good luck on your surgery!!
