Will fat necrosis lumps go away? Or do I need further surgery? (Photo)

Question

I had bbl done 5 and a half months ago and ended up with huge cyst which went down but now have hard lumps on both sides. I would like to know if I need further surgery or if there’s a way to make this go down. It’s giving me very bad anxiety and I just want it to be resolved now. I have a big one of the right side and smaller one in the left. First so pics are now and the others were in the begging around 3 days later after surgery.

I would recommend you go back to your surgeon and discuss the issue with them. There are things that can be done to improve this such as steroid injections possible liposuction in the area or possible excisionBest Regards,Dr. Gartner

I would definitely have your PS evaluate the lumps to determine if liposuction or surgical extraction is required.  These can soften over the course of 6 months to a year.
