1. I just wanted to know whether silicone gel stimulates collagen production or it inhibits it? 2. Therefore does it make your skin thicker or thinner? 3. Also what are ways that I can safely thin my skin, not make it thicker and irritated?)

Hi there! If you're talking about applying silicone gel on the surface of your nose, I'm not sure it'll do much. It's best used for treatment of scars and I certainly wouldn't advise it to be placed under the skin anywhere in your face. It helps to provide a moisture barrier which promotes healing. It likely will do nothing for thinning or thickening otherwise normal skin. Better options would be visiting with a Med Spa to see if any topical applications or peels can be applied to improve your nasal skin's texture and quality. Hope this helps.
