I'm a 30-year-old male. Previously had a double jaw surgery 10 years ago - since then my zygomatic projection increased but by comparison my infra-orbitals are/or appear recessed. As a result my under eye area often appears sunken. I also have some minor loose skin on my face from weight loss in my teens (I think - the loose skin became more pronounced post jaw op). I'm okay with having some smile lines - but would love to improve the projection of my infra-orbital area. Hoping to avoid anything too invasive if possible but open to suggestions. Should I get infra-orbital implants or would filler in that area help? or are there other options? Thanks
