Why won't the clinic show me other patients before and after photos? Should I be concerned?

I would agree with you that absence of before, and after photographs with respect to any procedure, should raise a red flag. Anyone can say anything they desire and unfortunately, too many people do just that. They will promise you anything yet. They have absolutely no experience.
