39 male. Trying to look youthful, but in a more natural way and certainly undetectable. I do not want to appear “perfect”, and definitely want to maintain a masculine look. I was thinking Sculptra. The MD I consulted with today steered me away from saying I should start with 11 lines and forehead Botox, then next time 2 syringes of filler- to my medial cheek/sides of the nose area to lift the nasolabial foods and sunken eye skin. I’m not sure ! Not sure it aligns with my goals. Maybe sculptra and prp would be more subtle. Help!

Sculptra will definitely help. The other option would be Voluma. It would give much faster results and it has comparable longevity. It addresses the temples area especially well and the results are always impressive.
