Is there any biostimulator that's much stronger than Sculptra?

Hi ive recently had a fat transfer(50cc) to my face and 3 months later I feel like it's super subtle on my cheekbones suddenly, despite taking 1g of vit c nightly, red light mask 2x/wk, having a stable weight. It was the Beautifill machine too, which is all live fat. Sculptra took beautifully in my temples and arouhd my mouth, but its barely noticeable when i use it for my lateral cheeks. What are my options here? Bellafill and renuva are very costly per cc. I had a medical condition where i can only sleep 5hrs some days, idk if thats affecting anything. Im a young person too btw

Bellafill is one of the longest-lasting biostimulatory fillers available, composed of PMMA microspheres in a collagen base. It offers immediate volume with long-term collagen stimulation, but as you mentioned, it can be cost-prohibitive per cc and should be used with precision in the right candidates.

Renuva is an adipose-derived extracellular matrix intended to regenerate fat in small-volume deficits. It’s a promising option for restoring facial volume but also tends to be expensive and may require multiple treatments.
