Will Sculptra help cheekbone and jawline definition? (Photos)

Question

I feel like my face is very downward facing and makes me look angry and unapproachable sometimes. Can sculptra give me more prominent cheekbones, jawline, and a more rejuvenated look? I’ve had filler before and has migrated so am afraid to go back to that.

Sculptra is a great product however it works by stimulating your body to create its own collagen. It can add volume in hollow areas and improve skin quality. However to get a more chiseled defined looked we would still recommend a filler. 
If an HA filler is the one that migrated you may want to try a Calcium hyroxylapatite which provides volume and stimulates collagen over time.
