Hi! Please help me haha. What can help with my deep frown line and next to the frown line I have these lumpy extra skin on each side of my frown lines and i hate them. I just want a smooth forehead not an angry muggy looking kind of one.. I want to get a brow lift but will this smooth the forehead out and make it more clearer? or what will help with the frown line and lumpy thing each side of the frown line. Thank you!!
Answer: Deep frown lines and bumps on forehead Based on the photo provided, it seems like there is overactive frown muscles. The bump can be due to hypertrophy or strong corrugator (frown) muscles. In my opinion, I think injecting neuromodulator or anti wrinkle medications to the frown and forehead region in conjunction with skin-needling with exosomes can improve the concerned area significantly.

Answer: What can help? You appear to be a good candidate for Botox. This product can soften the appearance of the "bumps' that concern you. The treatment is done in the office with no downtime. The final results are seen after two weeks and the product will fade gradually over three to four months. See an expert injector near you to learn more.

Answer: Have you tried Botox? Based on your photos, you appear to be a good candidate for a neurotoxin like botox. This would function to paralyze the muscles that are making the vertical lines, and it would also soften the bulge in between them. I hope this helps! Sincerely, Dr Joseph

Answer: Easy, Nonsurgical Treatments For Frown Lines & Frown "Bumps" Taken care of these kinds of problems are routine in the hands of an experienced, board certified cosmetic dermatologist. For the "bumps," Botox works very well, since these are really muscles in static tension and Botox can easily relax them. And, if there are any residual lines that have resulted from the creasing of the skin by the static and dynamic tension of those same muscles, then the use of a low viscosity, cohesive, malleable HA filler can help to smooth them. So, in the right hands, these two issues are quick and easy peasy to treat. Hope this helps and best of luck.

Answer: Botox Hello! My name is Jessica, I am a physician assistant, and one of the providers at Aesthetic Skin in Winnetka and Chicago. This is a great question. For addressing deep frown lines and the lumpy extra skin next to them, Botox can be a very effective solution. Botox works by temporarily relaxing the muscles responsible for creating those frown lines, which can smooth out the skin and reduce the depth of the lines. By targeting the underlying muscle activity, Botox helps prevent the repetitive movements that contribute to the formation of deep lines. Additionally, this relaxation can create a more relaxed and natural appearance, reducing the "angry" or "muggy" look you're concerned about. While Botox won't directly address the lumpy skin, it can help minimize the dynamic wrinkles that contribute to their appearance. I hope this helps and best of luck!
