Hi! Please help me haha. What can help with my deep frown line and next to the frown line I have these lumpy extra skin on each side of my frown lines and i hate them. I just want a smooth forehead not an angry muggy looking kind of one.. I want to get a brow lift but will this smooth the forehead out and make it more clearer? or what will help with the frown line and lumpy thing each side of the frown line. Thank you!!

Answer: Have you tried Botox? Based on your photos, you appear to be a good candidate for a neurotoxin like botox. This would function to paralyze the muscles that are making the vertical lines, and it would also soften the bulge in between them. I hope this helps! Sincerely, Dr Joseph

Answer: Easy, Nonsurgical Treatments For Frown Lines & Frown "Bumps" Taken care of these kinds of problems are routine in the hands of an experienced, board certified cosmetic dermatologist. For the "bumps," Botox works very well, since these are really muscles in static tension and Botox can easily relax them. And, if there are any residual lines that have resulted from the creasing of the skin by the static and dynamic tension of those same muscles, then the use of a low viscosity, cohesive, malleable HA filler can help to smooth them.
