Preferably non-surgical or minimally, invasive procedures.
Answer: Facial Balancing with Dermal Filler Hello! I recommend consulting with an injector that specializes in full facial balancing and harmonization. From this photo, filler in the temples, cheeks, and lower face could help harmonize your face with smooth transitions between areas. Botox can help with any asymmetries with muscle movement or brow placement.

Answer: Non-Surgical and Minimally Invasive Procedures for Facial Asymmetry Hello, and thank you for your question. Facial asymmetry is a common concern, and there are several non-surgical and minimally invasive options available to help improve it. Here are some effective treatments: Dermal Fillers: Fillers, such as hyaluronic acid-based products (e.g., Juvederm, Restylane), can be used to enhance volume and contour specific areas of the face, thereby improving symmetry. They are particularly effective for asymmetries in the cheeks, chin, and jawline. Botox: Botulinum toxin injections can relax overactive muscles that might be causing asymmetry. For example, if one side of your face has more muscle activity, Botox can help balance it out, creating a more symmetrical appearance. Thread Lifts: This minimally invasive procedure uses absorbable threads to lift and tighten sagging skin. It can help improve the symmetry of the face by repositioning tissues in a more balanced manner. Non-Surgical Rhinoplasty: For asymmetries involving the nose, non-surgical rhinoplasty using fillers can help correct minor irregularities and create a more symmetrical nasal appearance. Laser and Ultrasound Treatments: Technologies like Ultherapy or laser skin tightening can improve skin laxity and texture, contributing to a more balanced and youthful look. Microneedling with PRP: Microneedling combined with platelet-rich plasma (PRP) can improve skin texture and tone, which may help in cases where asymmetry is due to differences in skin quality. Each of these treatments has its own set of benefits and considerations. It’s important to have a thorough consultation with a board-certified dermatologist or cosmetic surgeon to determine the best approach tailored to your specific needs and goals. Warm regards,

Answer: My reccomendation Hi there, I think what I would love to see is also a picture of you both smiling and not smiling as the dynamic muscle movement of your face changes and asymmetry could look more pronounced or resolve. I see Under the left under eye area, it looks like you have some sort of "pillowing effect" I don't if you had gotten injected there before with dermal filler if so I would melt it. Left cheek needs to be raised a little with hyaluronic acid dermal filler. Overall face would do well with co2 fractional laser for producing better collagen and skin tightening. Botox to soften the laugh smile...I wouldn't necessarily put dermal filler there...I think you have a nice smile that is symmetrical-Dr.jackie

Answer: Treatment with Dermal Fillers Hello! My name is Jessica, I am a physician assistant, and one of the providers at Aesthetic Skin in Winnetka and Chicago. This is a great question. To address facial asymmetry with non-surgical and minimally invasive options, injectables such as dermal fillers can be quite effective. Dermal fillers can be strategically placed to enhance volume and contour in specific areas of the face, helping to balance out asymmetries. For instance, if one side of your face appears less voluminous or defined compared to the other, fillers can be used to add volume and create a more symmetrical appearance. This treatment is versatile and can be tailored to address various concerns, from uneven cheeks to imbalanced jawlines. By customizing the filler placement to your unique facial structure, you can achieve a more harmonious and balanced look. Additionally, dermal fillers offer the advantage of immediate results with minimal downtime, allowing for a natural yet noticeable improvement in facial symmetry. I hope this helps and best of luck!
