I know that she experienced a lot of skin irregularities the first time she underwent liposuction. Also, which dr worked to correct the irregularities? I have wanted liposuction to remove approximately 240 ccs of fat from both sides of my waist and upper hip area but it is so hard to know who can do this well. I mean what are the chances that a medical professional is also a sculptor? That has to be a very small percentage. I wish there was a way to have an artist/sculptor to do it.

Answer: Who performed Tara Reid's liposuction Only the patient is permitted to disclose who the surgeon is. I agree that her liposuction wad poorly peformed. She did undergo correctional surgery with some improvement but her contour irregularities are still present. You can see the photographs in this week's In Touch Weekly in which I was quoted. Liposuction seems easy to do, but it is actually difficult to do well. Make sure to choose a plastic surgeon experienced in liposuction.

Answer: Tara Reid's Liposuction
Federal Law prevents physicians from disclosing the identity of their patients. That being said, Ms. Reid experienced significant skin contour abnormalities after surgery that are very difficult to correct.
This highlights the issue that patients should be very careful about which surgeon they select. This can be one of the most important decisions one can make. Not only should you have a personal connection with your doctor and feel they are a humanitarian, but your prospective surgeon should be trained and certified in the procedure. For liposuction, patients should seek out a physician certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery.
