Hello I have 3 fairly large cherry angiomas on my forehead. I was wanting to get rid of them, my primary doctor says they offer removal of the angiomas at their office but use electro-surgery. My question is what method is the least likely to produce scarring in terms of that, using a laser, or cryosurgery? Since obviously this would save me money going to him instead of a dermatologist. But if there is a great likelihood of scarring with electrosurgery then i'd rather go to a dermatologist.
