Can you advise on moles on my face that now have hairs? (Photo)

I have two moles on my face under my nose that I hate and now have hairs constantly growing out of them. I went to a dermatologist and asked about removing them but she said I’d be left with scars. She advised to leave them alone but I hate them.

It is unclear from the photograph. If your dermatologist was unsure, it would be advisable to have another opinion. Suspicious lesions may be excised and sent for a pathology examination. I would be happy to assist you if you live in NYC. Best of luck!
