Can you advise on moles on my face that now have hairs? (Photo)

I have two moles on my face under my nose that I hate and now have hairs constantly growing out of them. I went to a dermatologist and asked about removing them but she said I’d be left with scars. She advised to leave them alone but I hate them.

Answer: A biopsy can be done for these to determine if they are benign. Removal can also be done along with proper laser treatment
