Penuma after dissolved penis filler?

I’m considering getting the Penuma implant. I got penis filler injections of voluma xc 2 years ago. Wasn’t really satisfied with the results. Now that it has fully dissolved, am I a good candidate for the Penuma implant?

Unfortunately, patients who have undergone other forms of penile enhancement are inelligible for the Himplant. Hyaluronic acid or silicone fillers, fat injections and PRP injections all increase the risk of complications due in part to the damage to the penile tissue. Due to the vascular nature of the penile tissue, there is also a higher likelihood of infection, vascular blockage and, in the case of fat injections, fat embolism. Even upon dissolution of filler, the tissue will often not return to its prior state and leaves the tissue at an elevated risk of complication.

At this time most physicians including Dr. Elist, the inventor of Penuma, recommend not to implant the Penuma (now Himplant) device if you've had previous fillers injected in the area
