Will the extra volume from a penis enlargement affect the erection quality?

I see some before and after photos of injections, and also now see that Penuma is available. I am wondering if the extra volume (i.e. "weight") affects erection quality. If there is more there to "lift", will the stiffness/hardness/angle be affected? Thanks.
