Will the extra volume from a penis enlargement affect the erection quality?

I see some before and after photos of injections, and also now see that Penuma is available. I am wondering if the extra volume (i.e. "weight") affects erection quality. If there is more there to "lift", will the stiffness/hardness/angle be affected? Thanks.

Fillers do not affect the erection however, HA fillers make the penis a little softer in feel and PMMA makes it a little harder. the implant is very hard.  i suggest you see an expert.  Best, Dr. Emer.

Not sure what kind of enlargement you are referring to.  Penuma is an an implant and fat transfer is your own fat.  I don't do implants for various reasons, but fat transfer does not affect the ability to achieve an erection.

Erection quality should not be affected by placement of hyaluronic acid fillers subcutaneously in the penis.  Your body has naturally occurring hyaluronic acid (a polysaccharide that is in the skin, joints, and eyes) and the fillers are a synthetic version of the same.  The quality of erections should not be adversely affected by fillers used for penile enlargement.  These same fillers are also used in the face and are FDA approved to restore volume.

Penis enlargement achieved by either fat or filler augmentation for girth augmentation does not affect  erection, or Penile sensitivity.
