What are the risks for late-term complications or infections of Penuma?

Is the Penuma very safe and effective even decades later of having the surgery? Do a lot of patients have to have the surgery reversed due to infections etc?

Not sure what kind of enlargement you are referring to. Penuma is an an implant and fat transfer is your own fat. I don't do implants for various reasons, but fat transfer does not affect the ability to achieve an erection.

The risks with implant include infection, bad scars potentially, nerve damage possibly, and extrusion of the implant. Some of these are treatable and reversible. Others are not. I highly recommend fat transfer. It is much more safe.
