Im just curious if you can get the penuma more than once? After heals and recovers, I saw that a few offering the procedure had discounts for doing it again but now I cant find word about it at all? I dont care about the discount, just want to know if you can get it again.

Im considering getting the Penuma implant. I got penis filler injections of voluma xc 2 years ago. Wasnt really satisfied with the results. Now that it has fully dissolved, am I a good candidate for the Penuma implant?

Not curious about or interested in girth or flaccid length. My penis is 7.2in erect. Is 8-9in possible for me? If it helps, my penis is very elastic, 3.5in flaccid, it doubles in size. I've heard of penuma & tendon procedures that go through the side of the base rather than the top that have better length gains, I know tendon procedures are cautioned against. Not insecure/delusional about my size, just curious about what's possible so it looks more impressive. Not worried about being too big. What could I expect?

Is the Penuma very safe and effective even decades later of having the surgery? Do a lot of patients have to have the surgery reversed due to infections etc?

I see some before and after photos of injections, and also now see that Penuma is available. I am wondering if the extra volume (i.e. weight) affects erection quality. If there is more there to lift, will the stiffness/hardness/angle be affected? Thanks.

Are there any surgeons specializing in penis enlargement surgery who actually *use* the Penuma penile implant for surgery? I've called about two dozen doctor's offices in the L.A. metro area, to no avail. Even doctors who have been quoted in articles here on RealSelf talking about the implant don't seem to offer it as an option for surgery. Puzzled ...
