Hi! You seem to be almost an ideal candidate for surgery. Your BMI is at 28.5. This is a good BMI for lipo and/or a Tummy Tuck. At this point losing more weight is your call, and it will depend on how much smaller you want to look after surgery. If you are looking for a BBL with dramatic results, having enough fat for transfer is important. But if your goal is geared more towards a smaller and flatter tummy, losing weight will help even though it is not totally necessary. Best of luck, Dr. Miguel Mota
Thank you for your question. It is best to be seen in person to be properly evaluated, however with that said based on the photos alone, you appear to be a good candidate for a Brazilian Butt Lift. Liposuction of your flanks, abdomen, and back will give you a narrower waist and and a BBL will give more curves. I recommend consulting with a plastic surgeon in person so they may better go over the procedures to help you achieve the aesthetic results you desire. Good luck!Kamran Azad MD, Board Certified Plastic Surgeon
Dear Gentle165496,based on your photos, you look like a good candidate for a BBL. Liposuction of your abdomen, back and flanks should give you more curves and hourglass shape and fat transfer to buttocks should give you more projection. I would suggest you to consult a board-certified plastic surgeon because only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations.Daniel Barrett, MDCertified, American Board of Plastic SurgeryMember, American Society of Plastic SurgeryMember, American Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery
If you are in good health, you would be a good candidate for liposuction 360, and BBL at your current weight. Fat can be taken from many different areas of the body including abdomen, sides, bra rolls, arms, underarms, flanks, lower back, upper back, posterior neck, submental areas, jowls, thighs, calves, ankles, and inner knees. You have to consider not only which areas will have perhaps the best fat, but also you have to consider which donor sites will have the fewest problems afterward with the liposuction. In general, the abdomen and thighs are preferred, but, if those sites are not available, other areas can be used. Consult via email or Skype with a board certified plastic surgeon who is an expert in lipo and BBLs.
Hello dear! Thanks for the question and provided information as well.Based on your pictures, you are a great candidate for liposuction with BBL, and I think you'll get very good results. Liposuction allows your plastic surgeon to transform your entire shape. You can improve your abdomen, back and flanks, and of course your buttock, to give you a nice heart shape. In general, you need to be physically healthy and at a stable weight, have realistic expectations, be a non-smoker and your BMI needs to be 33 or less.l recommend you to make an appointment with a board certified plastic surgeon to talk about your goals and anything you need to know.Good luck :)
