Are PDO threads safe to use to make nostrils smaller?

Question

Please see attached photo. PDO threads are used horizontally across the nostrils to make the nostrils smaller. What will happen when you smile with the threads in the nostrils as nostrils expand as you smile (for some ppl, mostly ethnic ppl) Won't the threads snap? I can't imagine a good outcome from this procedure. Won't the nose look unnaturally squeezed together?

Most biocompatible threads are stricly temporay and do not give you the lasting results that a surgical procedure  can  accomplish.
