Can I have a thread lift on my nose if I have a perforated septum and my nose is starting to droop and lean to one side? (Photo)

The thread lifts are very temporary and when they start to resorb, the deformity may be exaggerated.
I would suggest a more permanent correction with a n autologous cartilage graft that may give you a more natural and stable result. Even tough you have a septal perforation there are other sources for autologous cartilage .
