PDO threads kill fat cells?

I am interested to get (PDO) threads underneath my eyes and nasolabial folds maybe. But I heard threads can kill fat cells. Can you tell me what exactly happens with the fat cells and threads and why? Thanks a lot.

The texture of the skin of the eyelids do not lend themselves to the thread lifts. Bunching and irregularities are a common problem with them. You are far better of with a small surgical procedure and it is longer lasting and cheaper in the long run..
