This picture shows how my lower face is heavy. I'm in my mid 20s but I have heavy cheeks (always have) the create nasolabial folds and a fold in my chin. I know I'm too young for a face lift. Do I have other options to lift this mild sagging? Is a thread lift my best choice is there any other procedure that could help lift my lower face?
Answer: Jawline/neck lipo with FacetiteRF is going to be your saving grace. Liposuction under local and Facetite RF to tighten up the skin would do wonders for you and is so easy to undergo with only 1 day downtime. You can see improvement the very next day with almost no bruising or swelling. Thread lifts would be a waste of money and time.

Answer: Mint Lift Threads for Face Rejuvenation There are only two good options to lift and contour the lower face and neck. The first is a facelift for which you are to young and the second is using PDO threads. The brand that is ideal is Mint Threads that are FDA approved. The Mint Threads are place through small pin stick holes, after the skin has been made numb.. Using a variety of threads the mid-face (cheeks) jowls, jaw and neck tissues that are lax are lifted. Within 4-8 weeks the threads start to enhance your skin quality as they stimulate collagen. When the threads are coupled with facial fillers (Radiesse or Voluma, etc) the process affords a 3 dimensional rejuvenation.

Answer: Face lift Hello and thank you for your question. There are lots of no surgical ways to lift and tighten the face and I would not opt for surgery in your case. We have fantastic results with Ultracel combined with other cutting edge energy based devices. Please seek a face to face consultation with a qualified and experienced practitioner.

Answer: Facetite by Inmode Facetite is a relatively new technology that is a minimally invasive procedure that can be considered as an alternative to a surgical face and neck lift. It is about half as effective for tightening jowls and laxity in the neck as a face lift is, but it is about half the cost and has minimal (2-4 days) of downtime. It is truly the most exciting addition to my practice in the past decade because it is a game changer for younger patients that are not quite ready for surgery, but still have laxity issues they would like to address.

Answer: Chin implant would be a better choice to restore facial balance. Chin implant would be a better choice to restore facial balance. You are too young for a facelift. Submental liposuction can be done at the same time.
