i been having inverted nipples and i dont if its a bad thing or not i thought maybe when i hit the age of 13 or up it will come up because of puverty but now im 18 and it hasent come out ? what about if youre pregnant and you have to breast feed the baby how dose that work .?

I think you will be fine. I do not think that the tanning bed did anything. My guess is that you developed some swelling because of the etanning and that caused the nipple to become relatively inverted. You might have type I inversion all along.
What you are describing, an inverted nipple that is painful and bleeds, is definitely NOT normal. These may be signs of an underlying breast malignancy and you need to be seeking consultation with your primary care provider, OB/Gyn, or surgical breast oncologist. Inversion of the nipples...
