I'm 53. I had Mixto C02 & Ultherapy last year. It firmed my neck & reduced spots/fine wrinkles, but did not take years off the clock. I like the idea of saving for one-and-done + taking recovery time off more than frequent procedures (LA traffic!), but don't think I'm ready for a facelift. I had Botox 10 years ago & it hurt to wear glasses, so I never tried again. But maybe a nuanced “liquid facelift”?? Or, what would you recommend to get closest to a “43-year-old me”?

Answer: Treatment options for wrinkles and aging Hi there, thank you for your question and photographs. There are many different modalities to help improve wrinkles and aging. With technology always enhancing, some of these options are considered a "one and done" solution depending on your expectations. I recommend an in person evaluation with a cosmetic expert. They will take a closer look at your concerns and review the different options available. Good luck!

Answer: Need to come in to consult For unique cases where a variety of modalities could be used to treat the condition, I would suggest an in person or virtual consultation to develop a custom and effective treatment plan. It is difficult to precisely define the best option without collecting the same information. I suggest reaching out to an expert for a consultation with surgical and non-surgical methods to get a comprehensive option. Best, Dr. Emer.
