Liquid facelift, threading, or other for gaunt, drooping skin, wrinkles, under-eye dark circles and bags? (Photo)

I'm 53. I had Mixto C02 & Ultherapy last year. It firmed my neck & reduced spots/fine wrinkles, but did not take years off the clock. I like the idea of saving for one-and-done + taking recovery time off more than frequent procedures (LA traffic!), but don't think I'm ready for a facelift. I had Botox 10 years ago & it hurt to wear glasses, so I never tried again. But maybe a nuanced “liquid facelift”?? Or, what would you recommend to get closest to a “43-year-old me”?

In person exam is essential. Also, it is difficult to comment without seeing standard set of photos .
Generally speaking, when it comes to skin laxity treatments- non surgical treatments are very limited and can not provide the result of a facelift-if patient is a candidate . I suggest that you seek an experienced Board Certified PS and discuss your options during in person exam/consultation

Thank-you for your query. A “liquid facelift “ using fillers or autologous fat grafting with stem cells can be an excellent procedure for filling  facial and under-eye hollows and rejuvenation. I usually add a minimally invasive radio frequency treatment like Thermitight for skin tightening . I rarely use threads in this situation because of their limited longevity. Please find an experienced Board certified Plastic surgeon who can examine you and help you with all your concerns. All the best!

At least from the photos provided, it would appear that an appropriately robust HA volumizing filler can directly recontour the cheeks into a more ideal oval, heart-shaped appearance, and secondarily improve both the under-eyes and the smile lines. A cohesive, low viscosity HA filler can be used to elevate and smooth the glabella frown lines. Both treatments, in experienced hands, can be performed in about twenty minutes with typically immediate results, which engender a "Wow!" reaction. From the provided photos you may have some improvement with less invasive procedures but they will not give you the same results as a surgical lift.  Minimally invasive procedures to consider are FaceTite and Morpheus8.  Fillers and Botox can also be used for contouring.
