Thank you for your question.  It is quite normal to have soreness or tenderness more on one breast as opposed to the other at 12 days post procedure.  Best to follow-up with your plastic surgeon to evaluate.  Good luck.

Thank you for your question. In recovery from bilateral breast surgery, it is not uncommon to have one side be more sore than the other. However, if you feel like things are abnormal, you need to be evaluated by your surgeon for an exam. Better to be safe than sorry.  Hope this helps!

It is normal to have one side that is more tender than the other after breast augmentation surgery. However, when you are concerned, it's always best to be evaluated by your plastic surgeon. Early on  in the recovery period it is not uncommon to experience one-sided pain.  As long as there is no visible asymmetry or hematoma, it is probably going to resolve. However, seeing your surgeon in person is the best solution. Best wishes.

In addition to the other issue addressed in your other question related to breathing issues and a tight bra, this problem definitely needs to be at least reported to your surgeon, and probably examined in person too.  It will be impossible to diagnose a hematoma or seroma, bleeding or serous fluid respectively around the breast implant, without a clinical examination.  I have seen tears of capsules with hematoma formation as a result of seemingly minor injury to capsules 3 or 4 weeks postop, including a lady who tore her capsule resulting in hematoma when lunging for her 1 year old daughter in an airport ticket line, and another who tore her capsule at 3 weeks postop by overly vigorous shampooing in the shower!  Your surgeon should be able to very quickly assess the situation and tell you if there is a problem requiring intervention or reassure you that all is well, but in any case, ignoring this should not be an option.  Best of luck
