I have a lower bridge, abounearly 7 years old,i was ordered a root canal "d3330" for the most back tooth in mu right bottem mouth. The endododonists gave a prescription,to family dentist , revealing that there was much decay under the bridge. the bridge had 5 teeth involved on each side, with the back 2 holding the bridge in place. Im not a dentist but the reasonable decision for longevity would be , Remove the bridge , repair and crown the issued tooth(last one) and reinstall the bridge.
