Have dental implants. What material is the best to be used for the bridge?

The kind of material used depends on the specific requirements of the case. At our practices in New Delhi and Gurgaon, India we mostly do all ceramic (Zirconia) crowns over dental implants. Some of the other materials used are porcelain fused to metal or acrylic (rarely).

you might want zirconia for your dental implants.This is currently the strongest porcelain on the market and it is esthetic. the porcelain fused to metal is what we have used it the past, and was stronger but it looks dark, or grey and is not very pretty. Depends on where it is. I use zirconia all over the mouth and have never had a crown on an implant break.
