Is the Venus Viva a good option for treating saggy skin on the neck?

We are fortunate to have 30 different laser and light sources and can compare the efficacy of these modalities. For tightening the neck I prefer Ultherapy, Thermacool CPT with total tip 1200 pulse tip, and pelleve. if there is a lot of skin damage and blood vessels and brown spots in addition to sagging I suggest Venus Viva or Mixto fractional Co2 laser resurfacing. 
I have seen 30-40% improvement in the sagging of the neck after 3 sessions with nano fractional Venus Viva (not the non ablative diamond hand-piece but the ablative one with the needles). Find an experience practitioner and discuss all your options.

Venus Viva is a radio frequency treatment but the depths don't go down far enough to treat sagginess. It is more for fine lines, melasma, and skin resurfacing, but not tightening and sagging. Fractora RF does as long as it is done on the highest levels of treatment, but many doctors don't treat with these levels.
