Micro-needling with Venus Via and RF energy with tighten the skin and improve some of your scars. having aid that the rolling scars need an additional treatment with Subcision and a filler. there is deep fibrous bands that are pulling the skin down and causing puckering of the skin. These bands need to be cut and the dents filled in with a suitable filler. I use a combination of Bellafill (permanent filler), sculptra and Hyaluronic acid fillers to accomplish this.
