Thank you for the photos. In one of the photos, showing the forehead area, I can still see a lot of pinpoint crusting from the Venus Viva. Generally speaking after 4 days most (if not all) of the crusting should have cleared. Please discuss this with your surgeon. Venus Viva is a great tool to inject Radio Frequency energy under the skin and remove finer blood vessels, wrinkles, and Acne scars.  You may just need a better skin care regimen to remove the crusts and a shot of kenelog (anti-inflammatory). Another condition to be aware of is Acne Rosacea. Venus Viva can sometime temporarily cause a Rosacea flare. I pre- teat my patients with a short course of oral antibiotics. If you suffer from Acne Rosacea discuss it with your Dermatologist. I hope this was helpful. Yours Dr David R.
