Can waking up with my nose buried into my pillow cause structural damage to my nose?

Sleeping position after septorhinoplasty. I often find myself waking up with my nose buried into my pillow. Can this cause structural damage to my nose? I am also 2 years post septorhinoplasty. Thank you
