Will a breast reduction still result in saggy large breasts because of the lower nipple position (from where he would normally place it, by 25%) ? A very skilled surgeon said higher risk of necrosis if he would place nipples where he would normally. Not to expect round or firm breast. Not discussed yet, but no nipples? Would that mean firm, round cup size B or C? I might rather have no nipples, but firm smaller breasts. Instead of surgery from cup H to saggy cup DD.
Answer: Bellesoma Method The technique I recommend is The Bellesoma Method. This will reduce and reshape your breast tissue creating upper pole fullness without implants, elevate them higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. The weight of the breast is transferred to the underlying pectoralis major muscle resulting in pain relief without excessive reduction. Vertical scars are avoided, nipple sensation (in 95%) and the ability to breast feed are maintained. Best Wishes, Gary Horndeski, M.D.

Answer: Will I achieve saggy results due to the position of my nipples? Hello @breastreductionsurgery, thank you for your question. You could consider a breast reduction combinated with a breast lift with BRALIFT (Breast Reconstruction Anatomical Lift) technique and it will for sure enhance the shape and projection of your breast. This procedure will remove excess skin and fat, reposition breast tissue in order to create a better shape, symmetry and cleavage with both nipples lookint to the front. As a 23-year-old surgeon, I have modified the incision to ensure minimal scarring and the most appropriate result. Most incisions are inverted T-shaped scars. However, I have modified the scar to improve the extension of the scar into an L shape to ensure minimal scarring. I link a video to shed more light. A consultation is vital to establishing a surgical plan that meets your needs, meets your expectations, and takes into account what is possible. I link a video that sheds more light on the matter. Best wishes! Alan Gonzalez MD, FACS. Answer: Surgery No, you should do very well with a breast reduction and your surgeon should be able to take you down to a D cup safely.
