Will a breast reduction still result in saggy large breasts because of the lower nipple position (from where he would normally place it, by 25%) ? A very skilled surgeon said higher risk of necrosis if he would place nipples where he would normally. Not to expect round or firm breast. Not discussed yet, but no nipples? Would that mean firm, round cup size B or C? I might rather have no nipples, but firm smaller breasts. Instead of surgery from cup H to saggy cup DD.

Answer: Surgery No, you should do very well with a breast reduction and your surgeon should be able to take you down to a D cup safely.
